Description Preheat the oven to 425oF. Prepare the biscuit dough as for "Frank's Famous Baking Powder
Biscuits" add 1 cup of finely shredded cheddar cheese,
2 tablespoons of Italian Seasoning, and ½ tablespoon of garlic powder.
Add about a tablespoon of melted butter or margarine and mix
together. You will need another couple of tablespoons of melted
butter and garlic powder later. Be careful not to overwork the dough. Shape into flattened balls and place on
a lightly greased baking sheet about 1 inch apart. Bake until the top just
begins to turn brown, then brush with the
butter/garlic powder mixture. Bake for another couple of minutes,
until the butter is absorbed into the biscuits. Bake 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Keep an eye on them toward the end. It doesn't
take long for them to go from just right to crispy critter
